Return & Refund Policy
Vima Medical sells genuine OEM used and surplus surgical instruments and medical equipment to licensed medical businesses and facilities. Every item is inspected or power-tested and sold as-is. The listing photos show the actual unit you will receive.
Return window
Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped, with all included components and original packaging where applicable.
Items that are final sale
- Items listed "For Parts or Repair" are sold strictly AS-IS with no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Disposable and single-use items (including sutures and sterile consumables) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
How to start a return
Email vimamedicalllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without authorization.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was misdescribed, damaged in transit, or shipped in error — in which case Vima Medical covers return shipping.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
Damaged or misdescribed items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — replacement, refund, or return at our cost.
Buyer responsibility
Items are sold as-is. Unless expressly stated otherwise, buyers are responsible for inspection, servicing, calibration, cleaning, and sterilization before any clinical use.
