We sell to licensed facilities — here's what that means
In accordance with FDA regulations, Vima Medical supplies reusable and disposable medical equipment exclusively to licensed medical businesses, clinics, hospitals, and facilities. Personal purchases are not permitted.

- Dental practices and dental surgery centers
- Ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals
- Physician practices and specialty clinics
- Licensed medical equipment resellers and distributors
- Research institutions and laboratories
How verification works
At checkout you'll confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a licensed medical business or facility and are authorized to procure medical equipment. You'll also select your purchaser type (business/commercial entity or hospital/healthcare facility). For certain items or large orders we may follow up to verify your facility's credentials before shipping.
Buying for a facility that isn't yours?
Procurement agents and group purchasing buyers are welcome — order under the facility's name and provide its details at checkout. We facilitate white-label fulfillment and drop ship directly to your customers, applying your provided shipping labels and branding materials.
