30-day return guarantee

If an item isn't as described or doesn't work for your facility, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. We'd rather take an item back than have you keep something that doesn't earn its place in your practice.

How returns work

  1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We issue a return authorization and instructions. If the Item was sent and received as advertised, the buyer pays for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If the Item was not sent as advertised we will cover return shipping.
  3. Once received and inspected, we issue your refund. Expect us to inspect and refund within 7 business days. 

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in the condition received. For sterile-packaged disposables, there are no returns accepted.

Warranty

Once you receive your item, you will get a 30-day warranty. Warranty will be voided if the item is altered.

Damaged in transit?

Note damage on the delivery receipt before signing for freight items, then contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll handle the carrier claim.
