How we ship — from a single forceps to an operating table

Hand instruments and most small equipment ship via standard parcel carriers with tracking. We ship within 1 business day.

Heavy or oversized equipment — tables, imaging equipment, anesthesia machines, large sterilizers — ships by LTL freight on a pallet. What to expect:

Quote first: freight cost depends on weight, dimensions, and destination ZIP. Use the quote request form for freight items.
Curbside delivery is standard. Liftgate service and inside delivery are available — tell us what your facility needs when you order. Contact us for fees and availability
Inspect on arrival. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing — this preserves your freight claim.
